How to Use Mila Professional Blonde Brilliance TONER 2in1 COLOR & CARE
Mixing Ratio
1:2 Mix 1 part Blonde Brilliance Toner with 2 parts Blonde Brilliance 5 VOL (1.5%) Activator. The mixture will form a gel-like consistency, making application smoother and more precise.
Application
Apply the mixture to dry or damp hair.
For a more intense result, apply to dry hair.
Use a brush or applicator bottle for even distribution.
Processing Time
20 minutes – Full pigment intensity and maximum neutralization of yellow tones.
15 minutes – Effective removal of unwanted yellow tones.
10 minutes – Stronger toning or a pastel result.
